What this site is

Paperwork Butler is an early-access project for independent bookkeepers. The software is still being built. Joining the waitlist does not create a customer relationship and does not oblige either side to anything.

The waitlist and free templates

Joining is free. No payment is taken on this site.
We may or may not offer you early access, and we may change or stop the project at any time.
The email templates are provided as-is. Adapt them to your own practice.

If we offer paid access

Pricing, billing, refund and cancellation terms will be shown to you clearly before you pay. They will replace anything vague on this page, and nothing is charged until you agree to them.

What the service is not

Paperwork Butler is a tool that helps you collect and match receipts. It does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice, and it does not file or approve anything for you. You are responsible for checking every match and for your own professional work.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam, to attack or probe it, or to submit someone else's email address without their permission.

No guarantees

The site and templates are provided "as is", without promises about availability or results. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
